Tomohiro Waki is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on October 11, 1980, in Hiratsuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency AT Production. In addition to his work in entertainment, Waki is also a professional wrestler.

Waki's career encompasses both live-action performances and voice acting in animation. He is widely recognized for his portrayal of the character Teruo Kumai, nicknamed Kuma, in the popular live-action Gokusen series and its films, a role he played across multiple installments starting in 2002. His other live-action credits include appearances in television dramas such as Ikebukuro West Gate Park and the film Initial D.

In the realm of voice acting, Waki is known for his role as Mansaku Matsuura in the 2010 anime series Rainbow: Nisha Rokubō no Shichinin.
