Mari Tomokawa is a Japanese voice actor from Fukuoka Prefecture, born on March 24, 1969. Some sources also list an alternative birth date of August 4, 1969. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Production. Tomokawa is a graduate of the National University of Fine Arts and Music, where she earned teaching licenses for middle and high school music. She also studied abroad in San Francisco and is a graduate of the Amusement Media General Institute's voice actor and talent course.

Tomokawa's career has spanned various genres, including television animation, original video animations, and video games. One of her notable roles is Yunseryua in the television anime series Crest of the Stars. She has also had numerous guest roles in long-running series, providing voices for different characters in Detective Conan, such as a train passenger, a female investigator, and a forensics member across multiple episodes. Her other television anime credits include roles in Cowboy Bebop as a reporter and Devilman Lady as various newscasters and women.
