Yuki Makishima is a Japanese voice actor and singer affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. She was born on September 9, 1976, in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, and is a graduate of Aoni Juku, the training school associated with her agency.

Makishima made her debut in 1997, providing the voice for Miyuki Hosaka in the game Sentimental Graffiti. This role marked the beginning of her career, which has been primarily focused on voice work for video games. She was part of a group of six debutantes from her agency known as the Usagi-gumi.

One of the most significant roles of her career came in 2006 when she was cast as Sayuri Amamiya. She first voiced the character in the online game Tokimeki Memorial Online and subsequently reprised the role for its television anime adaptation, Tokimeki Memorial Only Love. This part is notable for being her first leading role as a heroine in an anime series.

Beyond these signature roles, Makishima has built an extensive filmography in video games, often playing supporting characters. Her work spans numerous major game series and adaptations. Examples of her roles include Lidya in the Quiz Magic Academy OVA series, Frane in the Growlanser IV OVA, and Pronyma in the Tales of Symphonia OVA and games.
