Noboru Yamaguchi, born on August 30 in Hokkaido, Japan, is a Japanese actor and voice actor. He is affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision and is also a member of the theater company Akapera Club.

Yamaguchi's career as a voice actor spans from the early 2000s to the present, with a filmography that includes a wide range of supporting and secondary roles in anime television series, original video animations, and films. His work is characterized by voicing a variety of characters, from creatures and townspeople to more distinct supporting roles.

Among his notable anime roles are Gusion Masaru in the comedy series You're Being Summoned, Azazel, which aired in 2010, and Burumaru in the 2006 series Guardian Ninja Mamoru. In 2006, he also voiced the Karasu Tengu Brian in xxxHOLiC and continued in the role for its sequel, xxxHOLiC: Kei. His other television anime credits include roles in Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit, Eureka Seven, Midori Days, Desert Punk, and Yakitate!! Japan.

Yamaguchi has also contributed his voice to several animated films. He had a role in the movie Sword of the Stranger and provided the voice of a forecaster in A Letter to Momo. His work extends to original video animations (OVA) such as Tweeny Witches: The Adventures and SaiKano: Another Love Song.

In addition to anime, Yamaguchi has an extensive portfolio in video game voice acting. Notably, he voiced the character Revali in the critically acclaimed games The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, as well as the Sage of Wind in the sequel, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. He also performed voice work for the game Rogue Galaxy and provided the Japanese voice for a character in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. His more recent work includes a role in the 2024 live-action television series Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger.
