Chihaya Terasaki is a Japanese voice actor from Hokkaido, born on July 31. He is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Before becoming a voice actor, he was motivated by his mother, a fan of the industry, and was fascinated by the idea of playing multiple roles. He holds qualifications in剑道 (kendo) and has certifications as a preschool teacher and childcare worker.

Terasaki's career began in 2019, and he has since built a portfolio primarily consisting of supporting and background characters across a wide range of anime and video game franchises. In the Sylvanian Families series, specifically Sylvanian Families: Flare no Happy Diary, he voices two characters: Alex and Bernard. Bernard is described as an anthropomorphic mouse character who is part of the Marshmallow family.

His other notable anime roles include numerous appearances in long-running and popular series. He has voiced various characters in One Piece, such as卫兵 (guards),町人 (townspeople), and海贼 (pirates). In GeGeGe no Kitarō (the 6th series), he took on many different roles, including竹人类 (bamboo humans),妖怪 (demons), and作业员 (workers). He has also contributed voices to the Digimon franchise, with roles in Digimon Adventure: and Digimon Ghost Game, and has appeared in Fate/Grand Order - Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia-.

In addition to television anime, Terasaki's voice can be heard in original net animations (ONA) such as BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy- and Baki Hanma. His film credits include the animated movies Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, One Piece Stampede, and Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle.

Terasaki is also active in the video game industry. He has provided additional voices for several titles from Koei Tecmo, including Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, its sequel Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy, and Samurai Warriors 5. He also voiced generic soldiers in Warriors Orochi 4 and a male edit voice in Dynasty Warriors 9: Empires.
