Keiko Nakamura is a Japanese voice actor and actress born on August 16, 1979, in Okayama Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency TAB Production and has also been associated with the theater group BQMAP. Her career encompasses work in anime television series, original video animations, and video games.

Nakamura has portrayed a wide variety of characters across different genres. In longer-running television series, her roles have included Katsuko Konjo in Eyeshield 21, a Shikoku dog named Ryo in Ginga Densetsu Weed, and numerous guest and supporting characters in shows such as Mushi-Shi and the Onegai My Melody franchise. Her filmography also features roles in animated films like the 1997 GeGeGe no Kitarō movie Hell Teacher Jigoku Sensei Nube and Ihatovo Gensoku.

She is also known for her work in original video animations and game adaptations. In the series Shōjo Senki Brain Jacker, she provided the voice for the character Medusa.
