Shizuka Arai, also known by the stage name Arai Shizuka, is a Japanese voice actress born on August 17 in Tokyo, Japan. She began her career in the latter half of the 1990s and is currently affiliated with the talent agency FEATHER, having previously been associated with Production baobab. Arai is also a former member of the theater group Gekidan Sugoroku, indicating a background in stage performance.
