Rodrigo Santos is a Portuguese voice actor born in 1981. His artistic career began in theater in 1996, and he holds a degree from the ESMAE (Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo), which he earned in 2010.

Santos is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing foreign animation and live-action series into European Portuguese. He has provided the Portuguese voice for a wide array of characters in animated productions, with a particularly long-standing association with the Pokémon franchise. In this series, he is well-known for voicing the villainous team leader Giovanni, a role he has performed across multiple series including Pokémon: Black and White, Pokémon the Series: XYZ, Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, and various related films. His other notable roles in the franchise include Professor Rowan and Nanu.

Beyond Pokémon, Santos's voice work spans numerous other animated series and films. He is the Portuguese voice of Greg Universe in Steven Universe and Steven Universe: The Movie. He has also voiced multiple characters in the DC animated universe, such as Gorilla Grodd, Darkseid, and others in Justice League Action, as well as roles in series like The Amazing World of Gumball, Adventure Time, and LEGO Monkie Kid.
