Miki Makiguchi is a Japanese voice actress from Niigata Prefecture, born on August 3, 1986. She is known for a brief but active career in the early 2010s, during which she demonstrated a versatile vocal range in anime, video games, and drama CDs.

Makiguchi made her professional debut in the anime industry around 2010. She was affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce, a common starting point for many emerging voice actors in Japan. Her early performances quickly showcased her ability to portray a wide variety of characters, from young boys and girls to more unique, non-human roles.

One of her most recognized and memorable roles was Fastener in the 2010 anime series Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. Fastener is the pet-like, plushie sidekick of the demon sisters Scanty and Kneesocks, and the rival of the angel sisters' pet, Chuck. Her performance in this role is frequently cited as a highlight of her career. During this period, she also contributed to several other popular and long-running series, voicing characters in Bakuman., Gintama, Major 6th Season, and ZETMAN.
