Rinka Inagaki is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on August 23, 2001, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She began her entertainment career as a child actor, making her debut in 2006 with a role in the television drama The Lawyer of the Garbage. Inagaki was affiliated with the Theatre Academy's theatrical troupe Cosmos.

Her work in voice acting includes several notable roles. In 2008, she contributed voice work for the series Life's Time-Out. A significant voice role came in 2010 when she was cast as the voice of the title character Rita in the anime series Rita et Machin, an adaptation of the French children's book series. Her other voice acting credits include the 2013 animated film A Town Where You Live. In addition to her voice roles, Inagaki also appeared in live-action television dramas such as Absolute Zero and the superhero series Tensou Sentai Goseiger, both in 2010.
