Hiroki Matsukawa is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency B-Box. He was born on March 26 in Fukui Prefecture and stands 177 cm tall. In August 2018, he changed his stage name from Matsukawa Hiroki, written as 松川央樹, to the current one, which shares the same pronunciation but uses different characters: 松川裕輝.

Matsukawa has built a career through a wide range of supporting and guest roles in anime television series and films since his debut in the early 2010s. One of his earlier recurring roles was as Takanobu Aone in the long-running sports anime Haikyuu!!, a part he played across multiple seasons from 2014 to 2020. He also voiced the character Keiichi Mamiya in the 2018 sumo-themed anime Hinomaru Sumo, a role that aligns with the example provided.
