Jirou Jay Takasugi is a Japanese voice actor, narrator, and radio personality affiliated with the talent agency Yoshimoto Kogyo. He is also known by the stage name Takasugi Jay Jiro and his birth name is Shigeo Shiraishi. Born in Osaka Prefecture, his career is marked by significant versatility, spanning anime voice acting, sports commentary, and various roles in broadcasting.

Takasugi is most widely recognized for his long-standing association with the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime franchise. He provided the Japanese voice for the character Pegasus J.
