Yoshiaki Matsumoto is a Japanese voice actor born on December 5, 1972, in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with Honeycomb Entertainment and has previous agency experience with Media Force and Jac in Production. In the industry, he is also widely known by his stage name, Yoshirou Matsumoto, with Yoshiaki Matsumoto being his real name. He stands 182 cm tall. For work in adult-oriented content, he uses the alias Hikage Hyuuga.

Matsumoto has built a career spanning numerous anime series and films since the 1990s, demonstrating versatility across a range of character types. Among his notable roles is the character Corkus in the Berserk: Golden Age Arc film trilogy, which includes The Egg of the King, The Battle for Doldrey, and The Advent. He also voiced Phinks in the Hunter x Hunter OVA series. His filmography includes a variety of other prominent series such as Bleach, where he voiced a Shinigami, and The Prince of Tennis.
