Haruka Kimura is a Japanese voice actress and scriptwriter born on March 22, 1981, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is currently affiliated with the talent management agency Herringbone, having previously been associated with Pro Fit.

Kimura has built a career with a variety of voice roles in anime television series. She is known for her performance as Yamie in the 2008 television series Kure-nai. She also voiced the lead role of The Heroine, also referred to as the princess, in the 2018 television anime adaptation 100 Sleeping Princes and the Kingdom of Dreams: The Animation.

Her broader filmography includes a range of supporting characters across different series. Some of her notable credits include Juni in Super Street Fighter IV, Sarii Touin in White Album, Francesco in Ristorante Paradiso, Okoi in Basilisk, and Ozel in Slayers Revolution. She also provided voices for characters in series such as Shirobako, Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East, And Yet the Town Moves, and Skip Beat!.
