Phil Ross was a British-born voice actor known for his extensive work in the English dubs of anime series during the 1990s and 2000s. He was born Philip Edward Ross on September 22, 1929, in London, England, and resided in Houston, Texas. He passed away on February 19, 2016.

In the science fiction series Guyver: The Bioboosted Armor, Ross voiced Yohei Onuma, the loyal elderly servant to the Makishima family who aids the anti-hero Agito Makishima.
