Tomo Adachi is a Japanese voice actress born on April 27, 1980, in Oita Prefecture, Japan. She is a graduate of the 18th term of the Katsuta Voice Actor Academy and was formerly affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Production. In addition to her voice acting career, she holds professional certifications as a cook and a nutritionist.

Adachi began her voice acting career in the 2000s. One of her early roles was as Natsuki Taga in the 2005 television anime series Guyver: The Bioboosted Armor, the role cited as an example of her work. That same year, she also voiced the character Rin in the anime Izumo: Takeki Tsurugi no Senki. Her career has included a variety of supporting roles across numerous anime series. She had a recurring role in the long-running series Crayon Shin-chan from 2005 to 2021, voicing various characters such as women, children, and a young version of the character Hiroshi. She also contributed to the Pokémon anime, voicing the character Sophie in the Pokémon the Series: XY season.

Adachi's filmography includes voice work in several notable anime films. She participated in multiple Crayon Shin-chan films, including 2006's Crayon Shin-chan: The Legend Called: Dance! Amigo! and 2009's Crayon Shin-chan: Roar! Kasukabe Wild Kingdom. Her other film credits include The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya in 2010, where she played the role of Nanase Ōno, and Welcome to the Space Show the same year. She also appeared in the 2010 film Heartcatch Precure! the Movie: Fashion Show in the Flower Capital... Really?! as the character Reika.

Beyond anime, Adachi's career encompasses voice work in video games and foreign language dubbing. Her video game roles include Gretchen in Suikoden IV and Rhapsodia, and Mary Onegin in Time Hollow. As a dubbing artist, she has provided the Japanese voice for actors in numerous Western films and television series, such as Kirsten Dunst in All Good Things and Abbie Cornish in The Girl. She also voiced the character Barriss Offee in the Japanese dub of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series.
