Tiago Matias is a Portuguese actor, voice actor, and narrator, recognized for his extensive work in dubbing foreign-language animation and live-action series for the Portuguese market. Before establishing himself in voice work, he began his career on stage, making his theatrical debut in 2000 with the Companhia de Teatro de Sintra. His early career included performances in classical and contemporary theatre, working with renowned directors such as João de Mello Alvim, Luis Miguel Cintra, and Christine Laurent on texts by authors like Anton Chekhov, William Shakespeare, and Bertolt Brecht. He has also appeared in Portuguese television productions, including the telenovelas Mistura Fina, Laços de Sangue, and Histórias de Molero.

As a voice actor, Matias has lent his voice to a wide array of characters across numerous animated series and films. One of his noted roles in anime is as Bright in the Portuguese dub of the series Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime (As Princesas Gémeas do Planeta Maravilha) and its sequel, Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime Gyu!. His work in anime is extensive and includes major roles such as Tobio Kageyama and Tetsuro Kuroo in Haikyuu!!, Gajeel Redfox and Elfman Strauss in Fairy Tail, and Yujin Ozora along with several Digimon in Digimon Universe: App Monsters. He has also been the Portuguese voice for characters in The Vision of Escaflowne, Whistle!, and Football Dream: O Cavaleiro da Área.

Beyond anime, Matias's dubbing career encompasses a broad spectrum of genres. He is known for providing the voice of Bobby Santiago in the series The Loud House (Loud em Casa) and its spin-off The Casagrandes, as well as for playing Peter Parker / Spider-Man in Marvel's Spider-Man and Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. His repertoire also includes roles in live-action productions, such as Max Thunderman in The Thundermans, and numerous characters in series like Beyblade Burst, Power Rangers, and various LEGO animated franchises.

Throughout his career, Matias has collaborated with various dubbing studios in Portugal, including 112 Studios, Pim Pam Pum, Audio In, On Air, and Santa Claus. His frequent collaborations with these studios and directors have made him a prominent and versatile presence in Portuguese dubbing, recognized for his ability to voice a wide range of characters, from young protagonists to villains and narrators.
