Chiharu Kojima is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Kenyu Office. She was born on March 26 in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. Her career has included periods with the agency Office Team-Wit and as a freelancer before joining her current agency.

Kojima has provided voices for characters in several anime productions. One of her credited anime roles is Koganemushikuruyo in the series Yoshimoto Muchikko Monogatari. She has also participated in long-running and popular anime franchises, including Crayon Shin-chan and Atashin'chi.
