Vincent Bagnall is an American actor and voice artist known for his work in English dubs of anime productions during the early 2000s. His professional background includes classical theatre training and a career that spans stage, screen, and voice performance.

Bagnall studied drama at San Francisco State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, and received classical training at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. His early career included extensive stage work, performing in productions of Shakespeare, Tennessee Williams, and Edward Albee plays with theater companies in Massachusetts, California, and New York.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Bagnall is recognized for two prominent roles from this period. He provided the voice for Haruhiko Shimotsuki in the English language version of the adult anime series Teacher's Pet, an original video animation released in North America by Anime 18 in 2001. He also voiced the character Domon, a lieutenant in the Metomeus tribe's suicide squad, in the English dub of the fantasy OVA Garzey's Wing, which was released by Central Park Media.
