Donna Coney Island is an American actress and voice artist with a career spanning stage, television, and animation since the late 1980s. Her background includes extensive work in theater, where she appeared in plays and musicals on New York stages and participated in national tours for Theatre for Young Audiences. A notable early role was portraying Ms. Frizzle in Scholastic's live production of The Magic Schoolbus Live. She also co-founded a sketch comedy group, Style Without Substance, under the artistic direction of Olympia Dukakis at the Whole Theatre Company, and her comedic work has been featured on programs such as Comedy Central, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and Comic Relief.

In the realm of animation and voiceover, Coney Island has contributed English-language voices for various animated programs. She is credited with the role of Yuko in the series Parade Parade. Additionally, she provided the English voice for the character Misuzu in the series Stainless Night.
