Elia Iozzi, also credited as Elia Iezzi or Elia Jezzi, is an Italian voice actor, actor, and entrepreneur, recognized for his extensive work in dubbing, particularly for anime series and live-action productions from the 1970s onward. Born in Lanciano, he relocated to Rome in 1962 to pursue his career. His professional background includes theatrical work with the influential Italian actor and director Carmelo Bene, as well as experience in radio and local television.

Iozzi began his career in dubbing in the mid-1970s with the SINC CINEMATOGRAFICA studio. In the realm of anime, he is known for his role as Don Hakka in the 1978 series Science Fiction Saiyuki Starzinger, where he provided the Italian voice for the character originally voiced by Kousei Tomita. His other notable voice work in Japanese animation includes being the third voice of the character Makube in the Mobile Suit Gundam series.

His dubbing portfolio extends widely across live-action cinema and television. In film, he has lent his voice to actors such as Claude Rains in La leggenda di Robin Hood and Brian Dennehy in Mai gridare al lupo. For American television series, his roles were numerous, including dubbing John Hamilton as Perry White in Le avventure di Superman, and voicing various characters in series like Wonder Woman, L'asso della Manica, and L.A. Law - Avvocati a Los Angeles. He also narrated the documentary L'arca di Noè.

Beyond his work as a voice actor, Iozzi has held leadership positions in regional television, serving as director of the Abruzzo-based station TVQ until the late 1990s, and later as President of the Board of Directors for the Multicinema in Spoltore. In a further contribution to Italian culture and media, he co-edited a 2018 anthology of sonnets by the poet Giuseppe Gioacchino Belli, which was accompanied by audio recordings from a cast of prominent Italian voice actors.
