Ayako Takeuchi is a Japanese voice actress born on August 19 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency PEERLESS GERBERA and is a graduate of the voice actor department at the Amusement Media Academy. Her blood type is AB. Prior to her current agency, she was represented by Media Force.

Takeuchi's career spans a wide range of roles in television animation, film, video games, and foreign language dubbing. One of her most prominent and enduring roles is Masao Tachibana in the 2018 reboot of the long-running sports anime Captain Tsubasa. She reprised this role for the series' second season, Captain Tsubasa: Junior Youth Arc, which aired from 2023 to 2024, and has also voiced the character in related video games such as Captain Tsubasa: Zero and Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions.
