Ken Shiroyama is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator from Hokkaido, Japan, born on October 3, 1932. He is affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab and was formerly known under the stage name Chikao Shiroyama. His career has spanned several decades, with his work beginning in the early days of Japanese television.

Shiroyama's voice acting career is extensive, marked by a high volume of roles, often in supporting or episodic parts. He has been particularly active in anime, lending his voice to a wide array of series. His notable anime roles include appearances in long-running and popular shows such as Naruto, where he voiced Gennou, and its sequel Naruto Shippūden as Ebizou. He also had multiple roles in the long-running detective series Case Closed, known in Japan as Detective Conan. Other significant credits include the role of Kuroda and Shogo Sato in Yu Yu Hakusho, a vassal in Berserk, and Vice Principal Haruka Ijuin in The Brave Command Dagwon. He also provided voices for numerous characters in the original Japanese dub of the Transformers franchise, including Skydive and Ratbat in the OVA Transformers: Scramble City, as well as many other characters in the television series and the 1986 animated film. His film work includes the role of Dr. Meisel in Spriggan and Professor Kaneko in The Siamese: First Mission.

In addition to animation, Shiroyama's career has encompassed voice work in foreign film and television dubbing, often playing elderly characters. A prominent example of this is his role as the Japanese voice of Mike Novick in the television series 24. He also voiced the character Eustace Bagge in the Japanese dub of the American animated series Courage the Cowardly Dog.

Beyond his work in front of the microphone, Ken Shiroyama has had a parallel career in theater. He has been active in stage performance and, together with fellow actor Seizo Kato, operated a theater group called The Talking Party Wakoda. Demonstrating a commitment to nurturing new talent and preserving literary works, he also hosts a theater circle named Poran no Kai, which focuses on presenting the fairy tales of renowned Japanese author Kenji Miyazawa.
