Rui Luís Brás is a Portuguese actor and voice actor, born on 16 October 1967. He is widely known for his work dubbing animated films and television series into European Portuguese, in addition to his extensive career in live-action television and film.

Brás has provided the Portuguese voice for a variety of characters in anime and animated productions. Notably, he voices Roberto Hongo in the anime series Captain Tsubasa and Fujimoto in the Studio Ghibli film Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea. His voice work extends to other anime titles, including the role of Meowth and Professor Oak in several Pokémon films and series, such as Pokémon: The First Movie and the Pokémon: Liga Índigo TV series. He is also the voice of Gabriel Agreste / Hawk Moth in the animated series Miraculous: As Aventuras de Ladybug.

His film dubbing credits are extensive and feature a wide range of characters. He voiced Emperor Zurg in Toy Story 2, a role for which he was credited as Rui Braz. Other notable dubbing roles include Terri in Monsters University, Flik in A Bug's Life, the Colonel in Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, and Ducky in Toy Story 4. He also provided the Portuguese voice for Dr. Tenma in Astro Boy and Conor in Song of the Sea.

In addition to film and anime, Rui Luís Brás has dubbed characters in numerous television series. These roles include Simba in The Lion Guard, Crowley in Good Omens, and Bruce Banner / Hulk in What If...?. His work also spans various other animated series such as Ninjago, where he voiced Fangpyre, and as the narrator in the children's series Pocoyo.
