Manabu Ino is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on October 7, 1972, in Mie Prefecture, Japan. He has been active in the entertainment industry since 1996, building a career that encompasses both live-action film and television roles as well as an extensive body of work in voice acting and Japanese dubbing.

In voice acting for animation, Ino is known for his role as the young Moses in the anime television series In The Beginning - The Bible Stories, which aired in Japan in 1997. His other credits in Japanese animation include roles in Detective Conan, where he voiced Keiichi Naruse in 1996, and Arc the Land, in which he played the character Jean in 1999.

Ino is particularly recognized for his extensive work in Japanese dubbing of foreign films and television series. He is most prominently known as the long-standing Japanese voice for the character Peter Parker, also known as Spider-Man. He dubbed Tobey Maguire's performance as the character in the original Spider-Man film trilogy, including Spider-Man (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004), and Spider-Man 3 (2007), and reprised the role for the Japanese release of Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2021. He also provided the voice for the character in the animated series Spider-Man: The New Animated Series and The Spectacular Spider-Man, as well as in several Spider-Man video games based on the films.

Beyond this signature role, his dubbing filmography is extensive and includes providing the Japanese voice for Tom Hansen, played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, in (500) Days of Summer; Frank Abagnale Jr., played by Leonardo DiCaprio, in Catch Me If You Can; Donnie Darko, played by Jake Gyllenhaal, in Donnie Darko; and Shinzon, played by Tom Hardy, in Star Trek: Nemesis. He has also dubbed voices for actors in other prominent films, such as Paul Rudd in The Cider House Rules, Christian Slater in Broken Arrow, and Diego Luna in Y Tu Mamá También.

In addition to his voice work, Ino has maintained a career as an on-screen actor. His live-action credits include roles in Japanese television dramas such as the Taiga dramas Kōmyō ga Tsuji (2006), Segodon (2018), and The 13 Lords of the Shogun (2022), as well as appearances in series like Tiger & Dragon (2005) and Tomica Hero Rescue Fire (2010).
