David Rocha is the professional name of José Luis Moreno Rocha, a Spanish voice actor known for his work in anime dubs, particularly those produced in Spain. His career includes a variety of roles across different series. He is credited as the voice of Kikuchi in the OVA series New Angel. In the OVA series Rei Rei, Rocha provided the voices for multiple characters, including Dr. Okabe, Pipi, the Narrator, and Satoshi's Father. His other voice credits in Spanish-language dubs include the role of Pelu in One Piece, Señor Pesadilla in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, and several characters in the Sailor Moon Sailor Stars dub, such as Kengo Ibuki and Yukihaido Ohbayashi.
