Silvia Tognoloni is an Italian voice actress, dialogue writer, and dubbing director, born in Rome on June 18, 1961. She is recognized for her extensive work in the Italian dubbing industry, providing voices for a wide array of characters in live-action films, television series, telenovelas, and animated productions.

Her career is marked by a significant body of work in the dubbing of international animations into Italian. Among her most prominent anime roles are Clara in the classic series Heidi, Sayaka Yumi in Great Mazinger, and Reika Sanjo in the second Italian edition of Muteki Kōjin Daitarn 3. She voiced the character Luna in the series Casshan (Kyashan il ragazzo androide) and Jun Kazama in Tekken: The Motion Picture. Her repertoire also includes Mora Bascht (also credited as Maura Baschit) in Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory and Rei Yuki in the film DNA Sights 999.9. Additional anime credits feature roles in Ergo Proxy as Re-l Mayer, Trigun as Marianne Aura Cayzen, The Vision of Escaflowne as Eriya, and Michiko & Hatchin as Pepê Lima.
