Gustavo Restrepo is a Colombian voice actor and dubbing director recognized for his work in the Spanish-language adaptations of numerous animated series and films. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, his career encompasses a wide range of roles in anime, television series, and movies.

Restrepo is particularly known for his performances in anime. He voices the character Ken Masters in the Spanish dubbing of the Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, as well as in the associated Street Fighter animated television series.
