Manuel García Guevara is a Spanish voice actor and ADR director known for his contributions to Spanish-language dubs of animated and live-action films. His voice acting credits include the role of Sagat in the Spanish dub of the Fighter II: The Animated Movie. Other anime voice roles include Susumu Takai in the OVA Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei and Mesena in episodes five and six of Super Dimensional Fortress Macross II: The Movie, both for their Spanish dubs. He also provided voice work for the Spanish versions of the films Odin: Starlight Mutiny and Patlabor: The Movie.

Beyond voice acting, García Guevara has an extensive career as an ADR director and scriptwriter for Spanish dubs. He served as the ADR director for the Spanish version of the Star Wars: Visions anime series. He has also directed and written Spanish ADR scripts for numerous live-action films, including several installments of the Transformers film series such as Bumblebee, Transformers, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Transformers: Age of Extinction, and Transformers: The Last Knight.
