Alexander Hauff is a German actor and voice actor. He was born on December 9, 1957, in Berlin. He studied acting at the Fritz-Kirchhoff-Schule in Berlin from 1978 to 1982. His early career included stage work at the Vaganten Bühne in Berlin and as a permanent ensemble member of the Theatermanufaktur Berlin. He gained initial television recognition for his role as Frizz in the series Die Vier aus der Zwischenzeit, a segment within the youth program 45 Fieber, which aired between 1984 and 1989. He had a role in Wim Wenders' 1993 film In weiter Ferne, so nah. His voice acting portfolio includes over 277 voice roles. His voice work spans dubbing for live-action films and series, as well as character voices in animation. Examples include voicing the character Hemp Man in the series Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045. In the German version of the LEGO Ninjago franchise, for Ninjago: Entschlüsselt, he provided the German voice for the character Fenwick, as well as for a younger version of Master Wu and a parrot character.
