Anna Teresa Eugeni is an Italian actress and voice artist, primarily recognized for her extensive work in dubbing, particularly for anime series during the 1970s and 1980s. Born on December 15, 1944, in Torre del Greco, Campania, Italy, her career has spanned both live-action film and television, as well as animation.

Her most prominent contribution is in the field of anime localization for the Italian market, where she provided the Italian voices for a wide array of characters. A specific example of this work is her role as the villainous Medusa in the 1977 mecha anime series Gasshin Sentai Mechander Robo, known in Italy as Mechander Robot. Her voice can also be heard in other classic series from that era. She voiced Lady Gandal in UFO Robo Grendizer, Regina Himica in Kotetsu Jeeg, and various characters including Captain Satana and Princess Nova in Science Fiction Saiyuki Starzinger. Her repertoire extended to other notable titles such as Mobile Suit Gundam, The Rose of Versailles, and Candy Candy.

In addition to her on-screen voice roles, Eugeni also contributed to the production side of dubbing, serving as the dubbing director for the Italian version of the anime Ai no Gakko Cuore Monogatari.
