Anna Teresa Eugeni, also known by her full name Anna Teresa Eugeni Checchini, is an Italian actress and voice actress born on December 15, 1944, in Torre del Greco, Campania. Her career in the performing arts began after she earned a diploma from the prestigious Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico and a degree in modern literature. Beyond performance, she has also worked as a dubbing director, author, and theatre director, and has been a respected teacher of acting and dubbing.

Eugeni is particularly well-known in Italy for her extensive voice work in Japanese anime, contributing to many series that were imported and dubbed for Italian television during the 1970s and 1980s. Her credits in this field are numerous and feature a wide array of characters. She voiced the villainous Medusa in the 1977 mecha anime Gasshin Sentai Mechander Robo. She also provided the voice for Pesce Gatto in the series The Brave Frog. Other prominent anime roles include Lady Gandal in UFO Robo Grendizer, Queen Himika in Kotetsu Jeeg, and Zobena in Kyoryu Daisenso Aizenborg. She contributed to many other classic series, taking on roles such as Kirisha in the first Italian edition of Mobile Suit Gundam, Saturno in Majokko Megu-chan, Salomé in Ginguiser, and various characters in Science Fiction Saiyuki Starzinger. Her work extended to feature films as well, including the role of the Witch in Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid and the Carboneer's Wife in The Tale of the Princess Kaguya.
