Masanori Katsuragi was a Japanese voice actor active in the anime industry from 2000 until his retirement in 2010. He was born on September 15, 1974, in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. Throughout his decade-long career, he was affiliated with the talent agency Troubadour Music Office.
Katsuragi's body of work primarily consisted of supporting and minor characters, where he demonstrated versatility by taking on a wide range of roles across numerous popular anime series. In the early 2000s, he contributed to series such as Muteki-Oh Trizeron, Fruits Basket as a male announcer, and the first anime adaptation of RAVE. He had multiple roles in Mahoromatic across its seasons and related media, playing characters like Nobu and various squad leaders. His work in Detective School Q included playing Hayato Shiramine and Johnson Itsuki. In the mid-2000s, he was heard in Black Cat as Gouda, Fate/stay night as Goto and other knights, and Tenchisen-shi Sunred as Pudora.
His credits also extended to original video animations and video games. Notably, he voiced Rattherza and a skinhead character in the Hunter x Hunter Greed Island OVA.
