Nancy McKenzie, born Nancy MacKenzie Seput on December 6, 1942, in Lima, Peru, was a highly respected voice actor whose career in Latin American dubbing spanned over four decades. She moved to Mexico in her twenties, where she built a prolific career not only in voice acting but also as an actress in theater, television, and telenovelas, as well as a radio announcer and folk dancer. Her voice became widely recognized across generations for her extensive work in animated series, films, and dubbing for international live-action features.

McKenzie's contributions to anime dubbing are notable and varied. She is remembered for voicing the character Sra. Milligan in the classic 1977-1978 anime series Nobody's Boy Remi. Another significant early anime role was as the Narrator in The Adventures of Hutch the Honeybee. In the realm of magical girl anime, she lent her voice to two different characters in the Sailor Moon franchise: she was the voice of the witch Iuyal (Eudial) in Sailor Moon S and later voiced the powerful antagonist Sailor Galaxia in the Sailor Moon Sailor Stars series and the film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos the Movie. Her anime credits also include a small role as a Nun in episode 24 of Cowboy Bebop, Almina in The Brave Frog, and she provided the voice for Miss Keane in the Japanese anime adaptation Demashitaa!
