Jin Nishimura is a Japanese voice actor and actor born on January 24, 1964, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with a talent agency, and his career has encompassed a wide range of supporting roles in anime television series since at least the late 1990s.

Nishimura is known for his performances in several long-running and popular anime franchises. He is recognized for providing the voice of Gomesu Tonda in the long-running comedy series Kochira Katsushika-ku Kamearikouen-mae Hashutsujo, widely known as KochiKame, taking over as the character's second voice. He also voiced the Autobot Indy Heat in the 2000 anime series Transformers: Robots in Disguise, known in Japan as Transformers: Car Robot.

His other notable anime roles include Hajime Tanaka in Capeta, Sebastian in Onegai My Melody and its sequel Onegai My Melody Sukkiri, and the younger of the Maze Sibling duo in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, as well as the character Kyu in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.
