Kōko Kagawa is a Japanese voice actress and actress born on October 6, 1942, in Tokyo. She is a graduate of the Tokyo Broadcast Academy and a former fifth-period research student of the theatre troupe Theatre Echo. Over the course of a career spanning from the 1960s into the 2000s, she has been affiliated with several talent management firms and has worked as a freelance performer.

Kagawa's body of work is extensive, with a significant presence in anime television series from the 1970s. She is particularly known for her roles in mecha and adventure anime. As noted, she provided the voices for both Genki Saotome and Kazuko Saotome in the 1975 series Getter Robo G. Her other prominent roles from this era include Chūta in The Adventures of Gamba (1975), Miki in Science Ninja Team Gatchaman (1972), and Michiko Arai in Planet Robot Danguard A (1977). She also voiced Commander Mineko and Ryōko in UFO Robo Grendizer (1975).

Her career continued through subsequent decades with roles in long-running series. In the 1990s, she was the first voice of the character Ayame-sensei (credited as Ayame no Obaba-san) in the long-running educational comedy Nintama Rantarō. She also voiced the character Ōya in the popular series Crayon Shin-chan in the early 2000s. Beyond anime, Kagawa's work included voice performances in tokusatsu (special effects) productions. Her credits in this genre include providing the voice for the character Pepe in the 1974 series SF Drama Star of the Apes and for Elsa, the mother of the character Bongo, in the 1979 series Skyrider.
