Kotoe Taichi is a Japanese actress and voice actress who began her career in the 1970s and is known for her extensive work in anime, tokusatsu, and live-action television dramas. She was born on May 17, 1951, in Saitama Prefecture, and her birth name is Noriko Kawabe. Before settling on the stage name Kotoe Taichi, she performed under the names Noriko Egawa and Saiko Egawa. She is a graduate of Tokai University and the Tokyo Broadcast Academy and is affiliated with the talent agency Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society.
