Yoshiko Asai is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on March 21, 1941. She is affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce. In addition to her performance work, she has contributed to the education of future talents as a lecturer at the Yoyogi Animation Institute.

Her career in anime spans several decades, with some of her earliest and most prominent roles dating back to the 1960s. She is recognized for providing the voice of the title character, Soran Tachibana, in the 1965 black-and-white anime series Space Boy Soran. She also voiced the character Yasushi in the 1974 anime series Tonari no Tamageta-kun.

Her filmography includes a variety of other roles in both anime and dubbing. Some of her later anime credits include a part in the 1989 Studio Ghibli film Kiki's Delivery Service, where she played Ketto's grandmother, and a role as Mary in the 2001 series Noir. She is also known for a role in the 1999 film My Neighbors the Yamadas, credited as Yasushi, and as Mustard's wife in the 2003 series L/R: Licensed by Royalty. Beyond anime, her work in dubbing includes voice roles in foreign films and television series for Japanese releases. She is also known by the alternative name Yukari Asai.
