Mei Oshitani is a Japanese freelance voice actress who was active in the anime industry during the 1990s. She was born on May 2, 1980. Her Japanese name is written as 押谷芽衣. Oshitani is primarily known for providing the voices for leading characters in several anime films from that decade.

Her most prominent roles include portraying the character Haruka in the 1997 anime film Ultra Nyan: Hoshizora Kara Maiorita Fushigi Neko and its 1998 sequel, Ultra Nyan 2: Happy Daisakusen. In these films produced by Triangle Staff and Tsuburaya Productions, Haruka is a young girl who befriends the titular cat-like alien, Ultra-Nyan. Oshitani also voiced the character Hiromi Nozawa in the 1995 film Junkers Come Here. Hiromi is a sixth-grade girl dealing with family issues and finding comfort in her magical, talking dog, Junkers. This film was recognized with the Best Animation Film award at the 1995 Mainichi Film Awards.
