Iruka is a Japanese actress and writer known for her work in anime and film, with a career spanning from the early 1980s through to 2020. One of her most recognized roles is providing the voice for the title character in the 1983 anime film Noel's Fantastic Trip. She is also credited as the original story writer for this project.

Her other voice acting credits from the same period include the role of the narrator in the 1981 anime series Yuniko and its 1983 film, Yuniko: Mahô no shima e. Additionally, she voiced the character Don Matsugoro in the 1986 film Don-matsugoro no seikatsu.

Beyond voice acting, Iruka has worked as a writer. Her writing credits include the 1980 short film Jeremy's Tree, for which she also has a story credit on Noel's Fantastic Trip. Decades later, she contributed a story to an episode of the 2020 South Korean science fiction television series SF8.
