Tomoko Kojima is a Japanese voice actor born on March 7, 1977, in Fukushima Prefecture. She was formerly affiliated with the talent management firm Fujiwara Kikaku. Her hobbies include walking, watching movies, and exploring different ramen shops.

Kojima is recognized for her role as Tsukasa Ishikawa in the 1997 anime television series Legend of the Mystical Ninja, an adaptation based on the video game of the same name. Her other notable voice roles from the 1990s include Trombone in the 1996 fantasy anime series Hamelin the Violinist and Miyuki in the 2001 anime title The Siamese: First Mission.
