Peter Oldring is a Canadian actor and voice actor known for his extensive work in animated television series, particularly those produced in Canada. He was born on August 25, 1971, in Drayton Valley, Alberta. He is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada and has also performed with the renowned improvisational comedy troupe The Second City in both Toronto and Los Angeles.

Oldring's voice acting career includes a wide range of roles in children's animation. He provided the voice for Bongo in the animated series Pecola. His other notable voice credits from the early 2000s include Conner Mackenzie in Braceface, Goon Gunderson in Pelswick, and Spud in Undergrads. He also voiced the character Gus in Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends and its related specials.

He is perhaps best known for his work on the popular animated franchise Total Drama, where he voiced three distinct characters: Cody, Tyler, and Ezekiel across 45 episodes. He later reprised the role of Ezekiel for an episode of the game show Skatoony. Oldring also voiced the title character Rabbit in the series My Friend Rabbit and played Conor Martin in the stop-motion series Glenn Martin, DDS. In the mid-2010s, he voiced the lead role of Mookie, also known as Sergeant Subatomic, in the series Atomic Puppet.

Beyond animation, Oldring's career includes significant work in live-action television and comedy. He was a regular cast member on the sketch comedy series Blue Collar TV and had a long-running role as Fabian on the TV One series Love That Girl!. He has also made guest appearances in popular shows such as Psych, House of Cards, and BoJack Horseman. In addition to his on-screen work, Oldring has voiced characters in video games, most notably Alfred Ashford in Resident Evil – Code: Veronica and Michelangelo in titles based on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

A recurring theme in his career is a long-standing creative partnership with writer and actor Pat Kelly. Together, they created and starred in the sitcom Good Morning World and the acclaimed CBC Radio comedy series This Is That. This collaboration has been recognized with awards; Oldring won a Canadian Screen Award for Best Actor in a Web Program or Series in 2018 for This Is That. His other accolades include a Canadian Comedy Award for Best Male Performance in 2009 and Gemini Award nominations for his ensemble work on The Joe Blow Show and for his performance on This Is That.
