Miriam McDonald is a Canadian actress born on July 26, 1987, who has built a career spanning television, film, and voice acting. She began her professional acting career in 1999 and soon after found work as a voice actress, beginning in 2001 with a role in the animated series The Ripping Friends. Her voice work is part of a career that has included a total of 39 voice-over roles across various animated productions.

One of her recognized voice roles is in the animated television series Pecola, a Japanese-Canadian co-production that aired in 2001. In the English-language version of the show, she provided the voice for the character Chewy, also known as Little Chu. Chewy is a young mouse and the grandson of the town's inventor, Dr. Chu, and serves as the best friend and frequent partner-in-crime to the show's titular character, Pecola. The series itself received a Special Distinction for a TV series at the 2001 Annecy International Animation Film Festival.

Beyond Pecola, McDonald's career in voice acting includes additional roles in other animated series.
