Bernard Soufflet is a French actor born on March 17, 1952, in Villeneuve-Le-Roi, France, who has built a extensive career primarily focused on dubbing for foreign films and television series. Before dedicating himself to voice work, he appeared in several French films and television productions during the late 1970s and early 1980s, with roles in movies such as L'Hôtel de la plage and Le Jouet. He also performed in theatrical productions, including works by Georges Feydeau and Michel Fermaud. He is the cousin of fellow dubbing actress Véronique Soufflet.

Soufflet is well-regarded for his anime voice work, where he often lent his voice to leading and supporting characters in series that were broadcast in France during the 1980s and 1990s. He is the French voice of the protagonist Nicolas Sarutobi in the series L'Académie des Ninjas (Sasuga no Sarutobi).
