Bernard Soufflet is a French actor born on March 17, 1952, in Villeneuve-Le-Roi, France, who has built a extensive career primarily focused on dubbing for foreign films and television series. Before dedicating himself to voice work, he appeared in several French films and television productions during the late 1970s and early 1980s, with roles in movies such as L'Hôtel de la plage and Le Jouet. He also performed in theatrical productions, including works by Georges Feydeau and Michel Fermaud. He is the cousin of fellow dubbing actress Véronique Soufflet.

Soufflet is well-regarded for his anime voice work, where he often lent his voice to leading and supporting characters in series that were broadcast in France during the 1980s and 1990s. He is the French voice of the protagonist Nicolas Sarutobi in the series L'Académie des Ninjas (Sasuga no Sarutobi). He also voiced Cesare Gatti, a prominent character, in the soccer-themed anime L'École des Champions (Moero! Top Striker). His other significant anime roles include Megane and M. Duchemin in Lamu (Urusei Yatsura), Supman and Pagos in Dr. Slump, Jonathan in La Reine du Fond des Temps, Nidole in Conan l'Aventurier, and Pterry in Flint le Détective.

Beyond animation, Soufflet became a familiar voice for French audiences through his live-action dubbing work. He is particularly known as one of the primary French voices for actor Dean Stockwell, most notably as Admiral Al Calavicci in the series Code Quantum, as well as in Battlestar Galactica and JAG. He also frequently dubbed actors Tim Robbins, Danny Woodburn, and Johnny Yong Bosch. His long-running association with the Power Rangers franchise includes voicing Adam Park, the Black Ranger, across multiple series such as Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Power Rangers Zeo, and Power Rangers Turbo. His voice work extends to American series like American Dad!, where he voices Avery Bullock, and La Famille Addams, where he is the voice of Cousin Machin.
