Izumi Kikuchi is a Japanese voice actor and actress born on January 1, 1969, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce and has been active in the voice acting industry since the 1990s. Her name is also frequently rendered in the Japanese hiragana script as 菊池いづみ.

Kikuchi has built a diverse career spanning numerous anime television series, original video animations, and video games. Some of her notable anime roles include Shohei in the series Goal FH, Saria in Mirmo Zibang!, and Azumi Yasuda in Dōkyūsei 2 Special: Sotsugyōsei. In Mirmo Zibang!, she also provided the voice for the character Bike. Her other prominent television credits include roles in long-running and popular series such as Gintama, where she voiced Harue and a mother character, and Golgo 13, where she played a greengrocer. She also contributed to the series Marmalade Boy as Mayu and appeared in both Monkey Turn and Monkey Turn V as Noriko Hatano. In the fantasy adventure Deltora Quest, she voiced the character Merin.
