Ha Seongyong is a South Korean voice actor born on December 12, 1972, known for his work in the Korean dubbing of various animated series and films. His career encompasses a range of roles in anime, Western animation, and video games.
Among his notable voice roles in anime is Tenka Koganei in the television series Sumomomo Momomo - Chijō Saikyō no Yome. He also voiced the Genie of the lamp in the EBS version of the series Time Quest!. Ha Seongyong has performed in multiple installments of the Aria franchise, providing the voice for the character Udo Woody Ayanokohji the 51st in Aria the Animation, Aria the Natural, and Aria the Origination. His other anime credits include Jean Donnadeiu in both Nodame Cantabile: Paris and Nodame Cantabile: Finale, as well as Kousei Shimazaki in Please Twins!.
