Akane Kohinata is a Japanese voice actor and narrator from Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Amuleto and began her solo career as a voice actor in 2013. Born on November 24, she stands 140 cm tall and has blood type O. Her career in the entertainment industry began in 2008 when she became a founding member of the idol group Afilia Saga East, later known as Afilia Saga, under the stage name Kohime Lit Pucci. She remained with the group until her graduation in June 2017.

Kohinata made her voice acting debut in 2013, with her first role being a female student in the television anime series My Brain's Personal Options. In the years following her debut, she secured a variety of supporting roles. In 2014, she voiced Hasumin Uro in Chaika: The Coffin Princess. The following year, she took on the roles of Matsuri Soma in ISUCA and the character Nacht in Anti-Magic Academy: The 35th Test Platoon. In 2016, she appeared as Tamako in Nurse Witch Komugi R.

The year 2017 was a significant period for Kohinata, as she was cast in two prominent anime series. She voiced Cho-ka U Baragasaki in Armed Girl's Machiavellism. Concurrently, she played the role of Almita, a young and accident-prone Leprechaun, in the fantasy series WorldEnd, also known as What do you do at the end of the world? Are you busy? Will you save us?. This role is one of her more recognized performances. Beyond anime, her work in video games includes the role of Chinami Tokikaze in the 2016 mobile game Idol Incidents.
