César Terranova is a voice actor known for his work in Brazilian Portuguese dubs of anime series, particularly during the late 1990s and early 2000s. He is also recognized by the names César Soto and César Elias.

Information about his early life indicates he was born in Brescia, Italy, in 1981 and began his dubbing career in 1997. His voice acting work continued until approximately 2003, during which he contributed to several notable anime series. Among his most recognized roles are the characters of Boneco Isamu in the magical girl series Super Doll Licca-chan and Tony in the adventure series Flint: The Time Detective. His portfolio also includes the significant role of Hao Asakura in the 2001 version of Shaman King. He is further credited with voicing Shotaro Kaneda in a Brazilian Portuguese dub for the film Akira, which aired on the Locomotion channel.

His documentary work includes the film Gazelle - The Love Issue, which won the Golden Rabbit Prize for Best Brazilian Feature at the Mix Brasil Festival. His other professional experiences include working as a DJ, an educator at the Museum of Modern Art in São Paulo, and in marketing and multimedia production. He currently resides in Mahina, French Polynesia.
