Kotono Mitsuishi is a prominent Japanese voice actress and narrator, born on December 8, 1967. She began her career after graduating from high school in 1986 and enrolling in the Katsuta Voice Actor's Academy, making her voice acting debut in 1988. Throughout her career, she has been affiliated with Arts Vision and Lasley Arrow before becoming a freelance talent.
