Sachiko Sugawara is a Japanese voice actress, stage actress, and singer affiliated with the agency Arts Vision and a member of the theater troupe Gekidan Akapera Kurabu. She was born on December 12, 1968, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. Before pursuing a career in voice acting, she worked at a securities company after high school. Her path to the industry began with training at the Katsuta Voice Actor Academy, where she was a 5th generation graduate and a classmate of fellow voice actress Michiko Neya, and she later studied at the Japan Narration Acting Institute.

Sugawara is widely recognized for her portrayal of Saki Nijino in the popular Konami dating sim and media franchise Tokimeki Memorial, a role that debuted in 1994 and became a defining part of her career. She has voiced the character across numerous related games, drama CDs, and live event DVDs for many years. Beyond this signature role, her work in video games is extensive and includes characters such as Charlotte in Quiz Nanairo Dreams, Noa in Legend of Legaia, and roles in the Little Lovers series.

In anime, her notable roles include Li Feimei in both the 1999 Cardcaptor Sakura movie and the 2018 Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card series, Miyuki in the Pokémon anime, and Rie Shibata in the OVA and TV series All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku. She has also contributed her voice to Japanese dubs of foreign films and television series, such as the role of Lorna in the DVD version of Hostel: Part II.

In addition to her on-screen work, Sugawara has been active in radio, hosting programs like Sachiko no Chotto CHAT CHAT and Sachiko Sugawara no Momonga TIME. She is also an accomplished singer, having made her debut as a singer in 1997 under the Konami record label and releasing several original albums and singles throughout her career. She remains active as a stage performer with the Gekidan Akapera Kurabu theater company.
